Nice to see you at today's Joint Meeting. The BID community looks forward
to a meeting with you to discuss details of how we might work together to
improve our community's sidewalks. We anticipate that some
improvements, clarifications, or changes to the existing proposal as we

We spoke sometime ago after your first presentation to a number of City
Council committees about the proposed Sidewalk Repair Program. We
thought it would be beneficial for all to get together and discuss possible
ways in which the LA BID community could participate in refining that
proposal but agreed to hold-off scheduling anything definite until after
July.

Since you and I talked, the LA BID Consortium has formed a committee
that would like to meet with you.

Are there some meeting times that might work for you, which I can
communicate with the committee members?

We look forward to seeing you soon.
